I. Application Fields:
This specialized PVC adhesive is formulated from a variety of imported special high polymer materials and an enhanced system, effectively preventing the migration of plasticizers while providing excellent bonding. It boasts easy application, quick positioning, and high bonding strength. After bonding, the workpiece exhibits resistance to water, heat, cold, oil, and corrosion. It is also suitable for self-adhesion and mutual adhesion of materials such as PVC sheets, PVC boxes, PU, EVA, ABS, AS, PC, and rubber.

III. Usage Instructions:
Clean the surface of the adhesive material to remove oil stains, and use acetone for cleaning if necessary. Apply glue evenly on both sides of the PVC and let it sit for 3-5 minutes before bonding and pressing it firmly together to ensure a tight contact. It will have some immediate strength, and can be used after 24 hours. To enhance adhesive strength and temperature resistance, heat activate for 3-5 minutes at 60-75℃ before bonding for better results.
Four: Cautionary Notes:
This product is flammable. Store in a cool, well-ventilated area and transport according to flammable goods regulations. Use with adequate ventilation and prevent contact with open flames. After use, seal the adhesive liquid immediately to prevent solvent evaporation. If the adhesive is too thick, dilute it with a thinner. The shelf life of this product is one year; it can still be used after expiration if it passes inspection.
