Usage Instructions:
Surface Treatment: Remove loose material from the substrate surface, then sandblast, use an electric grinder, wire brush, or coarse sandpaper to roughen the repair surface. Wipe with a cleaning agent to clean the adhering surface.
Gluing: The Nine Brand AB glue, resistant to 200 degrees Celsius, is composed of A and B two-component parts. When in use, strictly mix the main agent A and hardener B in the specified ratio until the color is uniform, and consume it within the specified usable time; any remaining glue is not reusable.
Apply the mixed repair agent to the treated substrate surface, ensuring even pressure during application and pressing repeatedly to ensure thorough contact between the material and the substrate surface for optimal results. For multiple layers of adhesive, treat the original adhesive surface before applying the next layer.
At temperatures below 25℃ C, the curing time can be appropriately extended. When the temperature falls below 15℃ C, use an appropriate heat source for heating (infrared, electric furnace, etc.), but do not allow direct contact with the repair area during heating. The correct operation is to keep the heat source at least 40 cm away from the repair surface, maintaining a temperature of 60～80℃ for 2～3 hours.
