The honeycomb inclined tube filling material is available in three types: polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP). The assembly forms include both inclined tubes and straight tubes. The honeycomb inclined tube filling is mainly used for various sedimentation and sand removal processes. Over the past decade, it has become a water treatment device in water supply and drainage projects. It boasts a wide application range, high treatment efficiency, and a small footprint. It is suitable for sand removal at intake, sedimentation of industrial and domestic water supply, wastewater sedimentation, oil separation, and tailings concentration. It is applicable for both new construction projects and the renovation of existing old pools, yielding excellent economic benefits.

Product Features:

1. Large wetted perimeter, small hydraulic radius.

2. Good laminar flow state, particle sedimentation is not interfered by floc flow.

3. When the inclined tube length is 1 meter, the design is for an effective load of 3-5 tons per meter. V0 is maintained within the range of 2.5-3.0 mm/s, resulting in excellent water quality.

4. The honeycomb inclined tubes at the intake are designed to safely operate and process in high turbidity water with a sediment content of 50-100 kg/m³, when the tube length is between 2.0 to 3.0 meters.

5. Utilizing inclined tube sedimentation tanks, which offer a treatment capacity 3-5 times that of horizontal flow sedimentation tanks, and 2-3 times that of clarifying tanks and pulsating clarifying tanks.

6. The slotted packings are made of high-quality, non-toxic materials, featuring large pore area, resistance to aging, strong durability, smooth surface, acid and alkali resistance, lightweight and pressure-resistant, with a long service life, easy assembly, and firm installation.
