During the operation of the fiber disc filter, the filter sleeve fits perfectly with the equipment's reverse suction box, with minimal friction and no risk of scratching due to the sleeve's incorrect size.
During the filter sleeve sewing process, to prevent the filter cloth from peeling off or fraying during use, we use high-strength synthetic fibers for the sewing thread and other materials, which are both durable and wear-resistant. They can also be soaked in wastewater for extended periods, thereby avoiding corrosion at the filter cloth joints due to wastewater and extending the lifespan of the filter sleeve.
