Product Overview:
Fiber disc filters utilize mechanical screening to remove fine particulate matter suspended in liquids by passing the liquid through a layer of filtration material. The filter media is woven from a variety of synthetic materials including metal and chemical fibers, with pore sizes typically ranging from 10 to 1000 micrometers. Primarily used in deep treatment of municipal wastewater treatment plants, filtration of industrial process water, and reuse of reclaimed water. They can replace sand filters and are installed after conventional activated sludge processes, SBR systems, CASS systems,延时曝气methods, oxidation ditch systems, trickling filter systems, and oxidation pond systems, mainly for removing total suspended solids. In conjunction with chemical additives, they can also remove some total phosphorus, turbidity, and COD.
