An integrated dosing system is a continuous and fully automatic dosing equipment, widely used in water supply systems, circulating water systems, and sludge dewatering systems, and is an indispensable part of physical and chemical treatment. Its operational performance directly affects the overall treatment efficiency of the process, and the consumption of chemicals is a significant cost for system operation. This series of dry powder preparation and dosing equipment offers high cost-performance, accurate dosing, high degree of automation, simple operation, and convenience.
Working Principle:
Firstly, the dry powder pneumatic lifting system elevates the solid dry powder from the ground and loads it into the storage hopper of the dry powder dosing machine on the dissolution tank. Once the level sensor detects the hopper is full, the lifting system automatically stops, and the water inlet solenoid valve automatically opens. The flowmeter measures the actual water injected online, and the microprocessor calculates the required amount of solid medication based on the actual water injected and the set concentration. Then, the variable frequency speed controller precisely controls the dry powder metering dosing machine to add a precise quantity of solid powder.
Dry powder from the dosing machine is fully diffused and completely wetted by a high-pressure hydraulic jet with hundreds of circular streams, through a forced dispersal and wetting unit, to prepare a non-agglomerated solution.
The box is equipped with a liquid level gauge to detect high and low liquid levels. When the water level reaches the high level, the incoming water solenoid valve is closed, and the medicine dissolver stirrer is automatically activated to start the timing dissolution and maturation process, preparing the medicine solution to the specified concentration.
The above preparation is an automatic process that can be initiated automatically as needed. The concentration of the preparation can be pre-set digitally. The storage hopper is equipped with a low-material level sensor, which can automatically trigger an alarm in case of drug shortage. Each stage of the dissolution and preparation system features an automatic/manual switch function, and the preparation process can also be manually conducted in special circumstances.
Equipment Features:
1. Integrated with automatic batching, dissolution, and dosing, operating fully automatically.
2. The dosing device features precise measurement, utilizes a variable speed drive without gears, allowing for easy adjustment of feed rate, and offers a wide range of concentration for additives.
3. Equipped with level control, material detection, and vibration-assisted feeding functions, it boasts a high level of automation.
