Product Overview:
The traveling mud suction machine, also known as a bridge-type mud suction machine, is a specialized mud removal equipment for horizontal sedimentation tanks in water supply projects and secondary horizontal sedimentation tanks in wastewater treatment projects. This machine overcomes the difficulties of active sludge with a low specific gravity, high water content, and difficulty in scraping. Currently, our company produces three types of truss-type mud suction machines: inclined plate (pipe) siphon mud suction machines, mud suction machines without inclined plates (pipes), and pump mud suction machines.

Operating Principle:
The sludge pump can be customized to either siphon or pump type, with the siphon option using submersible pumps and water jets or vacuum pumps. The pump type directly uses submersible sludge pumps to extract sludge from sedimentation tanks, utilizing the liquid level difference between the sedimentation tank and the sludge channel for sludge discharge. The machine can walk while suctioning sludge, and the frequency of sludge discharge can be determined based on the amount of sludge. It boasts high efficiency in sludge removal and is easy to operate.
