The Cyclone Sedimentation Sand Removal Machine is a state-of-the-art equipment specifically designed for sedimentation sumps. Operating Principle:
The Cyclone Sedimentation Dewatering Machine consists of components such as the impeller, rotating shaft, electric motor, reducer, and sand lifting system (pump lifting or air lifting). As the impeller rotates, it causes the wastewater in the pond to move in a spiral pattern. Combined with the vortex generated by the tangential entry of the wastewater, the wastewater in the pond forms a涡螺flow state. Under appropriate blade angle and linear velocity conditions, the sand particles in the wastewater are washed away while still maintaining excellent sedimentation effects. The organic matter and lighter substances originally attached to the sand particles are carried out of the vortex pond along with the wastewater. Additionally, due to the rotation of the impeller, it reduces the sensitivity of the flow state in the vortex pond to changes in inflow volume, thereby ensuring the stability of the sedimentation effect and low organic content in the discharged sand.
