Application Range:
This equipment can remove fine particles larger than 0.25mm in diameter from water, suitable for wastewater treatment in various industries such as papermaking, leather production, slaughter, winemaking, food, chemical fibers, and textiles.
Operating Principle:
The variable speed motor drives the screen tube through a reducer, wastewater flows into the water tank via the inlet valve, rises to the filtration water level through the buffer and evenly distributed baffles, clean water enters the storage tank through the screen gaps, and is discharged outward at the bottom while cleaning the screen. Impurities and fibrous organic matter larger than the screen gaps are discharged into the slag bin by the screen and the moisture content of the processed waste is 30% to 50% lower than that of the original internal feed microfiltration machine.
Features:
This equipment is made entirely of stainless steel, offering corrosion resistance, a compact structure, minimal footprint, and easy installation. It can be directly secured with expansion bolts and does not require trenching. Water intake and outlet are connected via pipes.
The bars have a trapezoidal cross-section, which prevents the filter cake from easily clogging the mesh.
The system employs a variable speed motor to control the inflow rate, ensuring optimal operation at all times.
The special flushing device can brush away impurities adhering to the surface of the grille (even if minimal). After two internal flushes, the drum achieves optimal grille cleaning. Additionally, an internal flushing system is set up to wash away dirt attached to the mesh openings.
