Product Overview:
HF Rotating Rake格栅Wastewater Cleaner, also known as the Reciprocating Rake Grating Wastewater Cleaner or Rotating Solid-Liquid Separator, is a specialized water treatment equipment that can continuously and automatically intercept and remove various shaped debris from fluids. It is widely used in urban wastewater treatment, water supply industry, power plant intake, and can also serve as a preliminary screening device in the wastewater treatment processes of textile, food processing, papermaking, leather, and other industries. It is one of the most effective solid-liquid screening equipment currently in use.

Working Principle:
The HF type rotary格栅screen cleaner is composed of a unique assembly of rake teeth forming a set of rotary格栅chains. Driven by a motor reducer, the rake teeth chains perform a reverse water flow rotational movement.
As the rake chain reaches the top of the equipment, it is guided by梅花 wheels and curved tracks, causing each rake tooth to move relative to the others for self-cleaning. Most solid materials fall freely under gravity, while the remaining debris is cleaned off the rake teeth by the scraper's reverse motion.
Rake chain, similar to a grate, follows the water flow direction. The gap between the rakes on the rake chain shaft can be selected according to operating conditions. After the rakes separate solid suspended particles and floating matter from the fluid, it ensures unobstructed water flow. The process can be continuous or intermittent.

Features & Applications:
The advantages of this equipment are as follows:
(1) Possesses a certain self-cleaning capability, operates smoothly with no noise.
(2) No clogging occurs, making it highly suitable for manufacturing fine格栅cleaning machines with spacing of 1~10mm. In actual production, using medium to coarse格栅cleaning machines with a spacing of 10~20mm also yields satisfactory results.
(3) Due to the support of the rake teeth with bends, the trapped debris does not fall down, and it is easy to remove the debris when flipped to the top.
(4) High level of automation, high separation efficiency, low power consumption, noiseless operation, excellent corrosion resistance. It can ensure continuous and stable operation without supervision and is equipped with overload protection. Additionally, the equipment's operation intervals can be adjusted as needed for periodic operation; it can also be automatically controlled based on the liquid level difference before and after the grate, and features manual control for easy maintenance, with minimal daily maintenance required.
Given these advantages, it can be widely applied in: debris screening for municipal pipelines, preliminary screening in wastewater treatment, intake points at waterworks and cooling water inlets at power plants, as well as pre-screening for wastewater treatment in textiles, dyeing, chemicals, leather processing, papermaking, winemaking, etc., to prevent pump blockage.

Equipment Specifications:
Equipment specifications are divided into models of HF300-3600 based on machine size. Machines wider than 1800mm are made into parallel machines. Rake gap sizes available are 1mm, 3mm, 5mm, 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, and more. Selection is based on flow rate, lift height, total solid-liquid separation, and the shape and particle size of the material being separated. Different materials can be optionally selected, and the equipment length is customized according to the design channel size.

Grille hourly water flow rate: Q = K * (B - 160) * h * V * 3600 Where:
Q=Flow Rate Through Water (m/h)
K = Flow coefficient related to the spacing of the grate (see coefficient table)
B=Grille Machine Width (m)
h = water depth in front of weir (m), generally 1m or more than 0.3m below the channel depth.
V=flow velocity, typically ranging from 0.6 to 1 m/s.

Control System:
The control system can be selected by the user or brought from outside, and it can be operational by simply connecting to a three-phase power supply on-site.
The on-site control box features local start/stop control buttons. The electric control box is equipped with start, stop buttons, and start/stop/accident signal lights to save energy. All signal lights are energy-saving models. An electric motor protector is installed inside the electric control box, and the control cabinet can be fitted with a PLC remote control interface. This electric control box is made of carbon steel with anti-corrosion treatment or stainless steel housing, and is designed for outdoor rain protection.
