The ZTC type boiler dust collector is assembled in sections, featuring a side-in-top-out impact dust removal and desulfurization unit. It directly impacts flue gas on the water surface, conserving water and reducing pollution. It is easy to operate and maintain, with low running costs and excellent dewatering performance, making it an economical and practical boiler dust collector.
The ZTC type boiler dust collector is a type of boiler dust collector, featuring composite material glass fiber reinforced plastic, long service life, and more. It also boasts multi-functional integration, small footprint, easy installation, no additional power required, low resistance, and low water consumption. It is an ideal environmental protection product for acid mist purification in the coal and oil-fired boiler, water coal slurry boiler, kiln, metallurgy, and chemical industry sectors, as well as for dust removal in power plants and cement factories in China.
Technical Performance of ZTC Type Boiler Dust Collector:
1. Integrated desulfurization and dust removal system, compact structure, small footprint, and low investment cost.
2. Desulphurizing agents can be pure alkali-lime oxide, slag water-magnesium oxide, slag water-lime, or other alkaline wastewater.
3. Simple system operation, stable performance, and easy maintenance.
The ZTC type boiler deduster employs a wet desulfurization and dust removal technology developed based on the strong mass transfer mechanism of multiphase turbulent flow. It combines centrifugal water film dust removal with spray沸腾 desulfurization and dust removal into one unit. The flue gas containing dust and gas is accelerated by the cyclone and collides with the atomized liquid sprayed in front of the Venturi and the desulfurization liquid sprayed at the top of the tower, forming a swirling force. The gas and liquid are rapidly swirling and thoroughly mixed before rising into the boiling reaction layer. The dust and gas in the flue gas are captured and absorbed by the fine liquid particles in the desulfurization liquid. Due to the large number of interfaces generated by the atomized liquid particles, a unit volume of liquid can capture and absorb a large amount of dust and gas. The purified flue gas then passes through a dehydrator, Fan-assisted exhaust into the atmosphere through chimneys.
