Roller Compacting Granulator (Single-layer, Double-layer, Triple-layer) is suitable for granulating various raw materials such as compound fertilizers, chemical feed, coal, metallurgy, etc., and can produce a variety of concentrations and types of compound fertilizers, including organic, inorganic, and biological fertilizers. Especially for single raw materials: ammonium carbonate, ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride, potassium chloride, phosphate fertilizer, monosodium phosphate, potassium sulfate, salt, etc. Compound fertilizers: binary, ternary, with nutrient content ranging from 17.3% to 53% in various proportions.
A variety of dry powder materials are added to the roller granulator from the top, entering the rollers where they undergo plastic deformation under the extrusion pressure of the roller granulator, compressing into sheet form. The sheet materials then pass through a crushing, granulation, and screening process in the chamber below, resulting in granular products. By altering the roller groove patterns, sheet, strip, and flat-spherical materials can be produced. The extrusion pressure of the roller granulator can be adjusted according to the granulation operation needs by changing the gears. The shape and size of the ball sockets on the mold can be customized to user requirements.
Product Features:
Non-drying roller extrusion granulation production line, utilizing non-drying, ambient temperature technology for one-time molding. Production capacity can reach 1-8t/h based on requirements. The equipment has low investment, rapid return on investment, and good economic benefits. The complete set of equipment is compactly arranged, energy-saving, reduces consumption, emits no three wastes, operates stably, runs reliably, and is easy to maintain.

Application Range:
Granulation suitable for various raw materials such as compound fertilizers, chemical feed, coal, metallurgy, etc., and capable of producing a variety of blends with different concentrations and types (including organic, inorganic, and biological fertilizers). Particularly for single raw materials: rare earth, ammonium carbonate, ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride, phosphate fertilizer, monoammonium phosphate, potassium sulfate, salt, etc. Compound fertilizers: binary, ternary blends with nutrient content ranging from 17.3% to 53%, available in various ratios.
