Project Name: Karamay Vaccine Cold Storage

Project Overview: The construction volume of this project is 35 cubic meters, and the cold storage built for the purpose of storing vaccines.

1. Warehouse Section: This project features double-sided color steel panels with 100mm thick polyurethane (PU) foam insulation boards, flame-retardant grade B2, with pre-buried wooden blocks and steel plates for the base. The cold storage is lined with 5mm thick, patterned boards, and the ground is covered with 2mm thick SBS waterproofing material.

2. Equipment and Refrigeration System: This project includes the installation of 2 fully enclosed scroll compressor units, using imported brand compressors with one in use and one as a backup; 2 ceiling-mounted high-efficiency cooling fans are installed, and 1 Yak cold dryer (humidity < 75%) is set up inside the cold storage.

3. Electrical System: One set of cold storage temperature control box is installed inside the cold storage, along with temperature sensor wires, lighting power cables, fan power cables, defrosting power cables, compressor power cables, and compressor control signal lines, all of which are selected from national standard brand products.
