There are no specific requirements for steel descaling methods, but it is essential to ensure the surface is free of rust before applying the rust-inhibiting paint.

2. Rust-proof paint uses epoxy iron red as the undercoat, with topcoat in alkyd magnetic paint from a renowned domestic brand.

3. The paint finish must be even and the color consistent (color to be determined), with no pinholes, bubbles, peeling, runs, or missed spots.

To ensure the overall finish effect of the fixed conveyor after painting, we must follow the correct operation procedures strictly, and also ensure that all coverings of the equipment are flat during operation, with neat, tidy, and aesthetically pleasing welds at the interfaces, making the equipment more prominently highlight its inherent value and function.
