As exhaust gas is powered by a fan and enters the environmental protection box under negative pressure, it then moves into the activated carbon adsorption layer. Due to the presence of unbalanced and unsaturated molecular attractions or chemical bond forces on the surface of the activated carbon adsorbent, when the surface of the activated carbon adsorbent comes into contact with the gas, it can attract gas molecules, causing them to concentrate and remain on the activated carbon surface. This phenomenon is known as adsorption. By utilizing the adsorption capability of the activated carbon adsorbent surface, the exhaust gas is brought into contact with the porous activated carbon adsorbent with a large surface area. Pollutants in the exhaust gas are adsorbed onto the surface of the activated carbon, separating them from the gas and allowing for the purified gas to be emitted into the atmosphere. The activated carbon environmental box is a dry exhaust gas treatment device, consisting of a box body and an adsorption unit filled within the box.
The application scope of the activated carbon environmental box:
Activated carbon environmental boxes are primarily used for the treatment of organic waste gases with high air volume and low concentration. The activated carbon adsorbent can handle and purify a variety of organic and inorganic pollutants: ketones, alcohols, ethers, alkanes, and their mixtures; acidic waste gases, alkaline waste gases; mainly used in smelting, chemical industry, machinery, electronic components, batteries (batteries), electrical appliances, painting, shoe manufacturing, rubber, plastic, acid washing workshops, printing, environmental desulfurization, laboratory exhaust, production plants, painting workshops, food and brewing, furniture deodorization, and various industrial production workshops for the purification and treatment of harmful waste gases. The activated carbon environmental box can be used in paint booths, drying rooms, and both painting and drying rooms.
