Product Overview
A crystallizing (heating) slicer is a cooling crystallization process where the molten material in the feeding pan comes into contact with a cooled drum, forming a material film on the drum surface. Heat exchange occurs between the material film and the drum wall, cooling and crystallizing the film. The crystallized film is then scraped off by a blade, resulting in a sheet-like product.
The drum dryer is a continuous process where material or strip material adhered to the outer wall of a rotating drum is heated and dried by means of heat transfer.
