Cautionary Notes for Industrial Doors
Sealed industrial sliding door panels from top to bottom, as well as between panels, with a三元乙丙密封system, significantly reduces energy consumption, thereby improving the working environment. Key safety considerations:
1. When installing doors, sealing gaps, or applying sealant, always wear a hard hat at the edge. When using scaffolding, first ensure it is securely anchored. Check that the guardrails, toeboards, and bridge decks are completely stable. If any issues are found, they should be immediately repaired before any operations are carried out. Be careful with materials and equipment on the scaffolding, ensuring they are properly scattered and placed evenly, and never throw debris down randomly.
2. Nail guns should be operated by designated personnel, and protective measures must be taken during operation.
3. Sliding doors are not suitable for construction at night. If night shift construction is necessary, 36V low-voltage work lights should be used for illumination.
4. When using the derrick for straight transport, ensure the up and down signals are firmly connected. Only after the hoist cage is level and stable can loading and unloading operations be carried out.
