Technical requirements for school gates:
1.2 Surface Material: Cold-rolled, hot-dipped galvanized steel plate produced by steel enterprises, flat and smooth, with strong adhesion.
1.3 Door leaf thickness ≥ 40mm, door leaf steel plate thickness ≥ 0.8mm, with no exposed screw holes or welds, ensuring the overall strength of the door leaf.
1.4 Door frame steel plate thickness ≥ 1.5mm; uses cold-rolled galvanized steel plates produced by steel enterprises, offering full-enclosure wall door frames (integral door casings) according to various wall thicknesses at the site, with 45-degree diagonal cross and vertical frames.
Surface Treatment: Electrostatic spraying with spray equipment is required, ensuring dust resistance and smooth powder coating surface. Spraying thickness should be ≥65μm. Color is specified by the client, with powder brands being AkzoNobel from the Netherlands, Austria, or equivalent-grade products.
1.6 Filling Material: High-strength honeycomb cardboard or wooden panel from a branded manufacturer, fully adhered to the steel plate, ensuring door panel strength with no hollow sound upon striking.
1.7 Window Configuration: Equipped with ≥5mm tempered glass windows, window strips are made of aluminum alloy, and the windows are circular or elliptical with no screws or welds on the surface.
1.8 Door Body Requirements: The surface should be smooth and glossy, free of dents or damage, with even coating, smoothness, and flatness. There should be no excessive paint, lumps, or bubbles. The warping of the door leaf should be ≤3mm, and the bending in height and width directions should be ≤2‰.
