How to Install Industrial Sliding Doors
1. Stand the door leaf in the opening and adjust each part to the required size, ensuring the door leaf remains vertical.
2. Preliminarily spot-weld the top and bottom hinge axes to the pre-bolted holes at the door opening and the edges of the door leaf. During assembly, ensure the top and bottom hinge axes are aligned on the same vertical line; otherwise, the door leaf may experience significant resistance during opening and closing, leading to potential damage to the hinge axes. After the preliminary spot-welding, ensure the door will not tip over, then manually test the door leaf for smooth operation without any resistance. Finally, securely weld the hinge axes in place.
3. Adjust the door seal strips around the door leaf and in the center according to the door type size requirements, ensuring a tight seal with no gaps when the door is closed.
4. Adjust the center gap and sealing strips around the door leaf according to the door type size requirements, ensuring that the gaps are sealed tightly by the strips when the door is closed.
Assembly Precautions:
Before installation, ensure the hinges match the door and window frames as well as the door panels.
2. Check if the hinge slot matches the height, width, and thickness of the hinge.
3. Check if the hinges and their connecting screws, fasteners match.
4. The hinge connection matches the frame and panel materials, such as for steel frame wooden doors, the hinge side connected to the frame is welded, and the side connected to the door panel is secured with wood screws.
