Principle of Reinforcement by High-Pressure Jet Grouting
The Zhengzhou Jinglun high-pressure jet grouting method involves using a drilling rig to insert a grouting pipe equipped with a nozzle into the predetermined soil layer. Then, a high-pressure device is used to transform the slurry or water (air) into a 20-40MPa high-pressure jet stream, which is ejected from the nozzle to cut, disturb, and destroy the soil mass. Simultaneously, the drill rod is gradually raised at a certain speed, forcibly mixing and blending the slurry with soil particles. After the slurry solidifies, a cylindrical solidified body (i.e., a jet grout pile) is formed in the soil, achieving the purpose of reinforcing the foundation or preventing water seepage.
