The dosing unit is an intelligent, fully automatic, continuous integrated dry powder dissolution and dosing device. It consists of a water supply system, dry powder dosing system, dissolution maturation system, and automatic control system.

This unit is an automatic continuous batching and dosing system for powdered pharmaceuticals. Dry powder pharmaceuticals are fed into the pre-mixer from the bottom spiral conveyor and mixed with clean water, then the moistened material is diluted and mixed in the batching tank to achieve the concentration as required by the user.

The solution preparation process flows from the preparation tank through the maturation tank and into the storage tank. When the storage tank's liquid level is high, the preparation process automatically stops. Once the solution drops to a low level, the batching process is automatically initiated. Both the preparation and maturation tanks are equipped with mixers to ensure thorough dilution and maturation of the medication. The flow rate and concentration can be determined by adjusting the inflow water rate and the speed of the screw shaft.
