Body Features

1. Scale Stand:
The weighing body is crafted from a single 5mm cold-rolled steel plate, bent into a C-shaped frame structure. It boasts high strength, stable structure, and is resistant to deformation.
2. Transmission Unit: The transmission unit (motor reducer) is equipped with a SEW or SBD Schenck scale-specific reducer. It features a shaft-hung direct-connected installation, powered by the driving roller to run the belt directly (vibration-free, smooth operation).
3. Guidance and Automatic Correction Device
During belt operation, if an external force causes the belt to deviate to one side, the weighing body alignment device will automatically use the lever to push the counterweight mechanism, applying a reverse force to force the belt to automatically reset.
4. Automatic Tensioning Adjustment Device
Adjust the tension of the driven roller tensioning screw to regulate the tension of the conveyor belt, maintain a constant tension on the belt, and prevent the belt from slipping or deviating by using guide roller stops and an automatic alignment device.
5. The body of the scale features a unique waist drum structure for the drive and idler rollers, effectively preventing belt misalignment. The drive and idler rollers are coated with rubber to prevent belt slippage.
6. All bearings of the belt scale are imported, featuring waterproof, sturdy sealing, and durability. They are fully adaptable to harsh environments and have a long service life.
7. The feeding opening is equipped with a material flow shaping gate, which facilitates the adjustment of the material layer thickness.
8. An oval cleaner and belt rubber scraper are positioned between the belt and roller. They can remove adhered materials from the belt at any time, ensuring the accuracy of the weighing body and stability of the zero point.
9. The weighing body is equipped with (emergency stop) switches on both sides, connected to the controller for on-site power shutdown and parking, making inspections and maintenance safer and more convenient.
