Section 1: Drive Unit
For power ranges between 2.2-5.5KW, an electric drum drive is commonly selected to save space. However, the ambient temperature should not exceed 40°C.
When the power exceeds 55KW, use a motor for washing, with the decelerator and drum being separately suctioned. The transmission drum surface features three types: bare stainless steel, herringbone, and diamond patterns like rubber coating. The reversing drum comes in two types: light surface and rubber surface. The tensioning device includes: form, parallel, centering, and softening tensioners. The reeling device has a rotary tensioning device suitable for shorter lengths (less than 100m) with travel options of 500m, 800m, and 100mm. The vertical weight tensioning device automatically compensates for the belt elongation due to tension changes. The drum-type tensioning device is suitable for longer distances and higher-powered conveyors, with tensioning travel in 2, 3, 4m steps. The fixed winch tensioning device is used for long travel and high tensioning force (30-150KN), long-distance, and large-volume belt conveyors, with a tensioning travel up to 16m. Sweepers are available in head sweepers and empty section sweepers.
Discharger: Manual type discharger, electric type discharger
Electrical protection may include: conveyor belt misalignment monitor: conveyor belt slip sensor: conveyor belt longitudinal tear signal monitor: material level control monitor, etc.
