Cardboard boxes and paperboard materials are placed inside the tunnel dryer, where a decelerating motor automatically adjusts the running speed of the drying materials. Hot air is transported through the conveying pipeline to the drying line, where it is evenly distributed to the drying materials by the hot air distribution pipe and the circulating fan. The heat is fully in contact with the materials, completing the heat exchange. Afterward, part of the moist air is discharged through the moisture-removal system, and part of the hot air is recycled through the recovery pipeline. The length of the drying line and the heat source method can be customized to fit the specific paper product drying machine according to the user's actual production output and site conditions.
The heat source can be hot air, thermal oil, or electric heating. This product has a short drying time, low operating costs, even drying, and excellent results, making it an ideal drying equipment for paper product manufacturers.
