The YNY series of small-scale boiler dust purification and cleaning units is a compact purifier developed, designed, and manufactured by our technical team specifically for the purification of smoke and dust from small and micro boilers. The product features include economic practicality, small land occupation, quick installation, easy operation, and clean exhaust emissions. Since its launch onto the market, it has served in the energy-saving and emission-reduction production of many users, enjoying widespread recognition and recommendation among peers for their selection.
【Working Principle】
Fuel exhaust, after complete combustion within the furnace, is drawn into the dust purifier at the boiler's exhaust outlet by the induced draft fan. The dust gas and fine particles are then spun into the particle separator for the first separation of flue gas from particulates. The flue gas, as it spins, undergoes a three-stage water curtain cooling and secondary filtration to remove fine particles. The cooled flue gas rises and enters the cyclone color purifier. It is filtered again to remove particulates, then passes through the water curtain for a third time. The cooled flue gas combines with the water vapor from the curtain to form a misty gas. This misty gas is further spun to separate the liquid from the mixture, with water droplets falling under gravity into the下水箱. The purified, white flue gas exits the purifier through the chimney and is released into the atmosphere.
The YNY series of small boiler dust treatment and purification units are made from carbon steel or stainless steel. Carbon steel is suitable for micro boilers fueled by sawdust, bark, wooden or bamboo scraps. Stainless steel is suitable for micro boilers that use coal as fuel.
The product features economic practicality, small land occupation, quick installation, easy operation, and clean exhaust. Since its launch into the market, it has served many users' energy-saving and emission-reduction production, gaining wide recognition and recommendation among peers.
