The FGM pulse bag dust collector integrates the advantages of separate room reverse blowing and jet pulse dust collectors, overcoming the insufficient kinetic energy intensity during reverse blowing and the simultaneous cleaning of filter cake during jet pulse. It enhances the efficiency of bag dust collectors and extends the service life of filter bags. Throughout the entire cement production line, it can serve as dust removal equipment for crushers, dryers, coal mills, grate coolers, and cement mills. Its high concentration can be directly used as the outlet concentration for raw material vertical mills (500g/Nm3) and the dust concentration of the purified gas is less than 100g/Nm3. The filter bags are made of polyester needle-punched felt, with an average service life of over two years.
The pulse jet bag dust collector is divided into several compartments, each containing 32, 64, 96, or 128 bags, and equipped with a lifting valve actuated by a cylinder on the side outlet pipe of each compartment. When the resistance of the dust collector reaches the pre-selected value (usually 1500Pa), the cleaning control unit sends a signal, and the lifting valve of one compartment begins to close to disconnect the filtered air flow. Then, the solenoid valve opens (one per compartment, pressure not less than 0.5MPa), and compressed air rushes in to remove the dust on the filter bags. After this action is completed (about 10-15 seconds), the lifting valve on the outlet pipe reopens, allowing the compartment to resume filtering. This process is repeated sequentially until all cleaning is complete.
The pulse bag dust collector with gas box design utilizes a separate box cleaning method, where individual boxes are isolated and cleaned sequentially, thus avoiding the secondary dust飞扬 issue commonly found in jet pulse bag dust collectors. It also ensures the effectiveness of compressed air cleaning. The entire housing design incorporates a compartmental structure, allowing the ash hopper to extend below the inlet main pipe. This allows the incoming dusty gas to directly enter the expanded ash hopper, achieving the pre-cleaning effect of dust collection and also removing the horizontal straight pipes that could cause blockages. Therefore, the compartmental pulse bag dust collector is capable not only of handling dust-laden gases of general concentration but also those with dust concentrations up to 1000g/Nm3.
The pulse jet bag dust collector features a simple and convenient maintenance process due to its use of a whole-box large pulse valve for backblowing cleaning. During bag removal, simply open the top cover and directly pull out the filter bag.
