After rust-proof treatment, a double-layer bidirectional steel mesh is embedded. It can be used not only as the wall material for both interior and exterior walls of buildings but also for roof decks and floors. It is a high-performance new type of building material.
Lightweight aerated concrete panels are widely used in concrete and steel structures for residential, office, and factory buildings, including interior and exterior walls, floors, roof panels, firewalls, explosion-proof walls, fire-resistant steel beam and column walls, sound-insulating walls, and for the addition and renovation of old buildings. Compared to traditional cast-in-place construction methods, they offer advantages such as high precision, template savings, improved construction conditions, increased labor productivity, high-quality product, accelerated overall construction progress, and reduced dust and noise pollution, providing a good comprehensive benefit.
Performance:
Energy-saving, easy to install, noise reduction, long service life, attractive appearance, fireproof, lightweight, versatile, tested and approved, seismic-resistant.
The board features light weight, heat insulation, soundproofing, fire resistance, energy saving, and environmental friendliness. The material is suitable for prefabricated steel structure buildings, with short construction periods. In recent years, with the development of industrialized construction, the application of prefabricated steel structure buildings has become more widespread, leading to issues regarding the connection of ALC boards to steel structures and the performance impact after connection. In response to this, based on careful summarization of construction experience, a method for the installation and construction of ALC partition walls has been formulated. Through testing two ALC wall panels under repeated dynamic loads, it was found that the ALC wall panels have good connection performance with the steel frame. Among them, the ALC wall panels play a significant role when working in conjunction with the framework.
