Gaoying's "Imperial Noodles" have been renowned since the Tang Dynasty's Zhenguan era. As early as the early 18th century, the county government selected this type of dried noodles as tribute to the royal family, hence the name "Imperial Noodles." Made entirely by hand using traditional techniques and natural drying, they feature a hole in the middle, also known as "hollow noodles." Our product is made with high-quality wheat flour, refined vegetable oil, and refined salt as the main ingredients. It is crafted through 15 processes, characterized by its thinness resembling silk, hollow structure like bamboo, easy cooking without becoming mushy, durability after reheating, soft yet crisp texture, and rich nutrition.
