Gaocheng "Gongmian" noodles have been renowned since the Tang Dynasty's Zhenguan era, thriving during the Ming and Qing dynasties. As early as the early 18th century, the county government selected this type of dried noodles to be offered to the royal family, hence the name "Gongmian." Made entirely by traditional hand-pulling and natural drying, these noodles have a hole in the middle and are also known as "hollow noodles." Our product is made with high-quality wheat flour, refined vegetable oil, and refined salt as the main ingredients. It is produced through 15 processes, characterized by its thinness like silk, hollowness like bamboo, easy cooking without becoming mushy, resistance to becoming soggy when reheated, soft and crisp texture, and rich in nutrition.
