Our high polymer anti-corrosion composite cable tray is a new generation of cable tray developed by our company based on the "Cable Tray Standard" formulated by the China Engineering Construction Commission. Utilizing advanced anti-corrosion materials, we have developed a series of cable trays with the foundation of traditional bridge materials and technology, under specific process conditions.

High polymer anti-corrosion composite cable trays feature a hollow cross-section structure with a well-designed mechanical structure, achieving a breakthrough in large span without support. They are made of anti-corrosion materials with excellent anti-corrosion properties, inherently preventing strong corrosion from various media. The anti-corrosion materials used also possess flame-retardant properties with an oxygen index exceeding 32%. They are widely applicable in environments with strong corrosion, mixed medium corrosion, humidity, and dust, and can be used outdoors for long periods without aging.
Due to the varying materials, high polymer bridge supports have been increasingly chosen for installation in recent years. Industries like steel manufacturing, often located in port or coastal areas, emit large amounts of acidic gases during production, which combine with air moisture to form acid rain, leading to significant corrosion. Unlike other metal structures, bridge supports are designed to transmit electricity and bear the load of cables, thus demanding high material standards to minimize power transmission losses. In areas with strong corrosivity, metal bridge supports are prone to frequent damage and repair, necessitating increased human resources.
