Our designed fermentation tanks come in standard tank shapes, which are suitable for nominal capacities of 6M³.³The following containers are jacketed. The cooling or heating of the fermentation gas is achieved through the jacket. The nominal volume is 6M.³At this point, the cooling of the fermentation gas is handled by vertical piping, and we have made improvements in the connection of the piping within the tank. This primarily avoids creating multiple holes in the tank that lead to dead ends. This continuous method has yielded satisfactory results in actual use.
Fermentation equipment tanks can be divided into two main categories: one is the anaerobic fermentation cone type (such as alcohol fermentation), and the other is the aerobic fermentation tank type (such as standard,伍式, self-priming, etc.). The standard tank type is the most commonly used in this type of equipment. The series of fermentation tank design drawings and materials from our factory belong to the standard tank type. When designing fermentation equipment of various specifications, we ensure a tight design structure with sufficient strength and service life. We strive to minimize internal accessories, achieve a smooth surface, and pay attention to good gas and steam contact as well as steam-stirred mixing performance, enabling effective material transfer and gas exchange. The presence of a heat exchange area allows fermentation to occur at suitable temperatures. We emphasize the equipment's sealing performance to ensure sterilization operations.
