The pneumatic cross-flow flue gas purification tower equipment is a newly developed wet-type environmental protection flue gas purification device designed primarily for handling conditions that dry dust removal equipment, such as sticky dust, oily dust, industrial flue gas pretreatment, and fibrous dust, cannot manage. Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust-laden gas and paint mist move in a horizontal centripetal direction, resulting in a longer residence time of the dust-laden gas and improved washing effect. This design improves the technical deficiencies of the spray tower, such as inefficient dust removal and easily clogged swirl plates under certain specific conditions.

Dust-laden exhaust is introduced into the purification tower through ducts, where it is accelerated as it passes through the rotating washing drum. The wind drives the ball fillings in motion. Inside the drum, the dust-laden exhaust is thoroughly mixed and washed with water mist, undergoing neutralization reactions (with water supplementation as needed). After purification, the exhaust is dehumidified and demisted through a mist removal layer before being discharged into the atmosphere by a fan or fed into other purification equipment (UV photo-oxidation, low-temperature plasma, etc.). The liquid is pressurized by a pump at the bottom of the tower and then sprayed into a mist at the top of the chamber, before being recirculated back to the bottom for reuse. The purified exhaust meets national emission standards.

This equipment utilizes a filled mist rotary system to purify waste gases, suitable for both continuous and intermittent emissions treatment. The process is simple, and management, operation, and maintenance are quite convenient and straightforward, causing no impact on the workshop's production. It is highly versatile, capable of purifying multiple pollutants simultaneously, has low pressure drop, a wide operating range, and excellent demisting performance. The housing is made of 201 or 304 stainless steel or higher-grade materials, ensuring durability. The filling material, low-resistance Pall rings, effectively removes odors and harmful substances from the gas.
