The pneumatic cross-flow flue gas purification tower equipment is a newly developed wet-type environmental protection flue gas purification unit specifically designed for situations where dry dust removal equipment such as sticky dust, oily dust, fiber dust, etc., fails to handle. Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust-containing gas and paint mist move horizontally toward the center, resulting in a longer residence time of the dust-containing gas and improved washing effect. This design overcomes the technical defects of spray towers in certain specific conditions, such as inefficient dust removal and easily clogged swirl plates.

Dust-laden exhaust gas is introduced into the purification tower via ducts, where it is accelerated as it passes through the rotating scrubbing drum. This drives the ball media to rotate, mixing the dust-laden exhaust gas with water mist within the drum for thorough washing and neutralization reactions (with occasional water supplementation). After purification, the exhaust gas is dehumidified and demisted through a mist removal layer before being discharged into the atmosphere by a fan or fed into other purification equipment (UV photo-oxidation catalysis, low-temperature plasma, etc.). The liquid collected at the bottom of the tower is pressurized by a pump and then atomized and sprayed at the top of the drum, before returning to the bottom for recirculation. The purified exhaust gas meets national emission standards.

This equipment utilizes a filling water mist rotation system to purify waste gases, suitable for the treatment of continuous and intermittent emissions. The process is simple, with easy management, operation, and maintenance, causing no impact on the workshop's production. It is highly versatile, capable of purifying multiple pollutants simultaneously, has low pressure drop, a wide operating range, and excellent demisting performance. The housing is made of 201 or 304 stainless steel or higher-grade materials, ensuring durability. The filling material, low-resistance Pall rings, can remove odors and harmful substances from the gas.
