Turbulent TowerThe centrifugal force of the whirlwind separator is designed to separate large particles and fibrous matter from the dust, which then fall into the dust collection box from top to bottom. Some fine, light dust particles are further processed through the top pipe into a water-washing cyclone tower, where they are thrown to the tower wall by centrifugal force and collected by a flowing absorbent liquid from top to bottom. As the dust particles pass through the cyclone tower plates at high speed, the absorbent liquid on the blades is blown into tiny droplets. Through mechanisms such as collision and interception movement, dust particles, absorbent liquid, and droplets collide with each other.Particle size continuously increases.
