The pneumatic cross-current waste gas purification tower equipment is a newly developed wet-type environmental protection waste gas purification unit specifically designed for handling conditions that dry dust removal equipment, such as sticky dust, oily dust, and fibrous dust, cannot effectively treat. Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust-laden gas and paint mist move in a transverse centripetal direction, resulting in a longer residence time of the dust-laden gas and improved washing effect. This design also addresses technical deficiencies such as inefficient dust removal and easily blocked vortex plates that may exist in spray towers under certain specific conditions.
Dust-laden exhaust is introduced into the purification tower via the air duct, where, as it passes through the rotating washing drum, the wind speed increases, propelling the ball-like packing to rotate. Inside the drum, the dust-laden exhaust is thoroughly mixed and washed with water mist, undergoing neutralization reactions (with water supplementation at times). After purification, the exhaust is dried and defogged by passing through a defogging layer before being exhausted into the atmosphere by a fan or fed into other purification equipment (UV photo-oxidation catalysis, low-temperature plasma, etc.). The liquid is pressurized by a pump at the bottom of the tower and then atomized and sprayed from the top of the chamber, before recirculating back to the bottom for reuse. The purified exhaust meets national emission standards.
This equipment purifies waste gas using filling water mist rotation, suitable for the treatment of continuous and intermittent waste gas emissions. The process is simple, with convenient management, operation, and maintenance, causing no impact on the workshop production. It is highly versatile, capable of purifying multiple pollutants simultaneously, features low pressure drop, high operational flexibility, and excellent defogging performance. The cabinet is made of 201 or 304 stainless steel or higher-grade materials, ensuring durability. The filling material is a low-resistance Baume ring, which can remove odors and harmful substances from the gas.
