The pneumatic cross-flow flue gas purification tower equipment is a newly developed wet-type environmental protection flue gas purification unit specifically designed for conditions that dry dust removal equipment, such as sticky dust, oily dust, and fibrous dust, cannot handle. Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust-laden gas and paint mist move in a transverse centripetal direction, resulting in a longer residence time for the dust-laden gas and improved washing efficiency. This has improved the technical deficiencies of the spray tower, such as poor dust removal and easily clogged swirl plates under certain specific conditions.

Dust-laden exhaust gas is introduced into the purification tower through a duct, where it speeds up as it passes through the rotating washing drum. This movement carries the packing balls, causing them to rotate. Inside the drum, the dust-laden exhaust gas is thoroughly mixed and washed with water mist, undergoing neutralization reactions (with water supplementation at times). After purification, the exhaust gas is dried and demisted by passing through a fog removal layer, then discharged into the atmosphere by a fan or fed into other purification equipment (UV photo-oxidation catalysis, low-temperature plasma, etc.). The liquid absorbed at the bottom of the tower is pressurized by a pump and sprayed into a mist at the top of the box, before being recirculated back to the bottom. The purified exhaust gas meets national emission standards.

This equipment purifies waste gases through filling material, water mist, and rotation, suitable for treating continuous and intermittent emissions. The process is simple, with convenient management, operation, and maintenance, causing no impact on the workshop's production. It is highly versatile, capable of purifying multiple pollutants simultaneously, featuring low pressure drop, wide operational flexibility, and excellent defogging performance. The housing is made of 201 or 304 stainless steel or higher-grade materials for durability, and the filling material, low-resistance Pall rings, can remove odors and harmful substances from the gas.
