Welding Fume Collector Working Principle:
Through the windmill's suction effect, welding smoke exhaust is drawn into the equipment's intake by a multi-directional dust collector hood. A fire arrester is installed at the intake, where sparks are retained. The dust and gas enter the sedimentation chamber, where gravity and upward air currents first directly deposit coarse particles into the ash bin. Fine particles are captured by the filter core on the outer surface. The clean gas, after being filtered and purified through the filter core, flows into the clean room from the core center. The clean air is further purified by passing through an activated carbon filter before being discharged through the outlet, meeting the required standards.
