A heat pump is essentially a heat-raising device. High-temperature heat pump drying units operate based on the reverse Carnot principle, absorbing heat from the surrounding environment and transferring it to the object being heated (a warmer object). Their working principle is the same as that of refrigeration units, both operating according to the reverse Carnot cycle, the only difference being the working temperature.
High-temperature heat pump drying and dehumidification unit, primarily composed of four parts: finned evaporator (outdoor unit), compressor, finned condenser (indoor unit), and expansion valve. It operates through a thermal cycle of continuous evaporation (absorbing heat from the external environment) → compression → condensation (releasing heat inside the drying room) → throttling → and re-evaporation. This process transfers heat from the low-temperature external environment to the drying room, with the refrigerant circulating within the system under the compressor's action. It completes a gas-phase pressurization and heating process inside the compressor (temperature up to 100℃), then releases the high-temperature heat to warm the air in the drying room, while it cools and becomes a liquid. As it reaches the outdoor unit, it rapidly absorbs heat, evaporates again, and converts back to a gas, with temperatures potentially dropping to 0℃ to -10℃. At this point, the surrounding air around the heat absorber continuously transfers heat to the refrigerant. The heating efficiency of the high-temperature heat pump drying unit is significantly higher than that of other heating equipment, indicating that using this unit as a drying device can save energy and reduce CO2 emissions, achieving the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction.
