The test equipment is mainly used to simulate environmental conditions for products in accordance with national standards or customer-defined requirements, testing their physical properties and other relevant characteristics under high temperatures. After testing, the performance of the products is evaluated through inspections to determine if they still meet the specified requirements for product design, improvement, certification, and factory inspection.

IV. Structural Characteristics of the Equipment
1. The equipment is primarily composed of the housing, heating system, air circulation system, and control system.
2. The cabinet shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic powder coating, while the inner lining is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel plate. The door features a large observation window in the middle, complete with an observation light, allowing users to clearly view the testing conditions of the sample.
3. The overall appearance is aesthetically pleasing and generous. The insulation layer is ultra-fine glass wool, featuring high strength and excellent thermal insulation properties.
4. The main temperature controller for this equipment is an intelligent digital temperature controller, easy to learn and operate, with compatible operations across different function levels. It features a digital calibration system and built-in non-linear correction tables for common thermocouples and resistance thermometers for stable measurements. Equipped with on/off and PID artificial intelligence control functions, 0.2-level accuracy, and multiple alarm modes. Features independent and unique BTHC balanced temperature control method for heating.
5. Electric appliances are executed with Schneider series products, ensuring safety and stability.

1. Free on-site installation, debugging, and operator training.
2. The product comes with a one-year warranty from the date of delivery to the user, except for the following circumstances:
a. Buyer's operation error led to human error and damage.
b. Situations not to be borne by the supplier
