The purpose of the fully automatic UV aging test chamber:
The fully automatic UV aging test chamber can replicate the destructive effects of sunlight, rain, and dew. The equipment conducts tests by exposing the test material to a controlled cycle of alternating sunlight and humidity while increasing the temperature. The UV fluorescent lamps simulate sunlight, and humidity effects can be simulated through condensation or spray. It is an essential testing device for industries such as aviation, automotive, home appliances, and scientific research, and is suitable for schools, factories, research institutions, and other units.
Box Structure:
Outer Shell Material: SUS stainless steel plate with powder coating; Inner Liner Material: SUS stainless steel plate.
Lid Material: SUS stainless steel plate with electrostatic powder coating.
A total of 8 UV-A or UV-B UV tubes are installed on both sides of the studio.
The heating method is an inner pot water tank heating, which warms up quickly and distributes the temperature evenly.
The lid is a bi-directional flip-top design, opening and closing with ease.
Automatic water replenishment in the inner tank to prevent the heating tube from burning out due to lack of water.
The sample holder is made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy.
The test box bottom is equipped with high-quality, fixed-type PU casters.
The drainage system employs vortex and U-shaped sedimentation devices for draining.
The sample surface is parallel to the plane of the ultraviolet lamp.
The sprinkler-type equipment is internally fitted with automatic sprinklers, featuring adjustable water pressure.
If the light tube is on and the cabinet door is opened, the machine will automatically disconnect the power supply to the light tube and enter a balanced cooling state to prevent injury to the human body.
Over-temperature protection inside the box: When the internal temperature of the box exceeds the set limit, the machine will automatically shut off the power and enter a balancing state for cooling.
Control System:
The humidity and temperature control gauge features a color touch screen controller, controlling the equipment's temperature, humidity, time, and lighting (optional).
Humidity and Temperature Sensor:
PT100 Platinum Resistance Thermometer Sensor
Control Method: Heat balance temperature and humidity control.
Humidity and temperature control is achieved through a P.I.D. + S.S.R. system, which coordinates control on the same channel.
Fuses protected switches; Over-temperature; Low water level; Overload; Leaking; Full-shielded terminal blocks; Automatic shutdown protection;
