Wax-Free Polishing Templates, also known as adsorption pads, backing pads, wax-free polishing pads, are primarily used for single-sided polishing of products such as semiconductor silicon crystal materials, gem crystal slices, and silicon wafer epitaxial wafers, and are classified as polishing devices for electronic materials.
