Bitter Buckwheat is a rare dual-purpose crop in nature, both for food and medicine. Its medicinal value has been discovered and recognized by people. Nowadays, in addition to being consumed as a grain, Bitter Buckwheat is also processed into Black Bitter Buckwheat Tea. During the production process, the drying equipment produced by Weiyas Company is used. The method of use is actually very simple, including the following steps:
1. Select grade black Tartary buckwheat with shell.
2. Rinse the black buckwheat thoroughly with clean water.
3. Soak at low temperature for 3 to 4 hours.
4. After the surface drying and soaking of black tartary buckwheat is complete, remove moisture using a dehydration machine, and then quickly dry the surface moisture with strong wind.
5. Steam-cook the black tartary buckwheat using steam.
