Air Conditioning Maintenance Process:
1. Comprehensive Inspection. When any of the air conditioners encounter malfunctions, a full check is required. This includes measuring the machine's pressure and the operating temperatures at various points in the system; for split-type units, this must be done with the indoor and outdoor units connected. Connect the pressure gauge to detect the compressor exhaust pressure when the machine is stationary to avoid high-temperature burns upon connection during operation. Use your hand to feel the temperature of the compressor exhaust port to the condenser section pipeline, and first use your fingers to quickly test some temperatures to prevent injury.
2. Welding Operations. Prior to welding, release the Freon from the system. Always wear protective eyewear during welding to prevent eye injury. Avoid facing the process opening or releasing gas towards others during Freon release to prevent frostbite. Adhere to relevant welding operation requirements during welding to prevent poor installation or injury to others.
3. Power Operation. When repairing the outdoor unit of a split system individually, power operation is prohibited when the high-pressure or low-pressure valves are closed to avoid overpressure causing system bursting accidents or compressor vacuum operation leading to explosion accidents; when inspecting the outdoor fan system, power operation is required, and it must be ensured that the air conditioner panel and fan grille are properly installed.
