Purification engineering workshop system
A secondary return air air conditioning system, in situations where return air can be utilized, involves the construction of a Zhejiang GMP workshop. Initially, a portion of the return air is mixed with fresh air, treated, and then combined with the remaining return air before being sent to the clean room. This system type is commonly used in clean rooms with lower cleanliness levels and process heat generation. Part of the return air is connected to the return air filtration section to neutralize the fresh air temperature, effectively reducing the energy consumption required for fresh air treatment. The use of secondary return air saves on some heating energy and cooling capacity, thereby significantly lowering operating costs. To meet the requirements of special production processes, independent air treatment units are set up at suitable locations. Commonly used independent air treatment units include: local cleanliness level control equipment, local temperature control equipment, and local humidity control equipment.
