Purification Engineering
Insulation materials used in cleanroom purification projects must comply with fire safety regulations and the requirements of cleanroom purification projects. Intelligent engineering requires that insulation materials and adhesives be non-combustible or non-flammable. Ducts and pipes located in the cleanroom should not be made of materials prone to dust. Ducts that pass air leakage inspections should be cleaned before insulation. During the installation of purification projects, check for scratches on galvanized steel plates and whether the galvanized coating has peeled off. If so, rust and corrosion prevention treatment is required. After the rust prevention coating is completely dry, insulation can be applied according to the insulation materials and methods selected in the design.
