Through the principle of heat exchange, it can quickly lower the ambient temperature. The water-cooled screw chiller has high power, stable operation, simple operation, and features 75% and 25% stepless energy control. It is a machine that achieves cooling effects through steam compression or absorption cycles, with the refrigerant passing through the heat exchanger to the cooling equipment. Established in the industrial sector for some time, the future technology will reveal more industry-specific attributes with increased customization demands. The standard temperature or medium temperature units integrate conventional chilled water systems, cooling towers, cooling water pumps, refrigerant pumps, expansion tanks, and control systems. After debugging and approval, they are ready for shipment without the need for a machine room, simplifying the design of air conditioning or refrigeration systems. Installation is quick, operation is convenient, and the liquid temperature range is from 0℃ to 10℃, with refrigeration capacity ranging from 60kW to 800kW. Maintenance and spare parts are provided free of charge during the warranty period. All abnormal damages to customized equipment are not covered under the warranty. If repairs are needed, the buyer shall pay for the cost of replacement parts, and technical guidance on usage and related aspects will be provided as required. The screw water chiller unit's liquid refrigerant is completely evaporated into a gas, which is then吸入 by the compressor and compressed (increasing pressure and temperature), and the gaseous refrigerant releases heat through the condenser.
The cycle for descaling screw chiller water units typically depends on water quality; for poor-quality mountain or deep well water, at least an annual cleaning is recommended. Unplanned cleaning should be conducted to remove sediment and adherent matter from the base of the air-cooled tower, clear away debris from fallen supports, and maintain the cleanliness of the pump intake grate. They can be liquefied at normal or ordinary low temperatures, reducing throttling losses, as the liquid refrigerant has a lower specific heat capacity, thereby minimizing losses during throttling. They are used in PP extrusion sheet lines, foam pipe extruders, rubber extruders, energy, printing equipment, and more. The free warranty period is one year; during this period, replacement parts and repairs are provided free of charge. However, all abnormal damages to the equipment are not covered under warranty, and the buyer is responsible for the cost of replacing parts. Outside the free warranty period, when the equipment is damaged, the buyer must pay for the cost of the replaced components (based on the material procurement cost). Due to the open nature of the cooling tower, screw chiller water units are directly exposed to the air, making it easy for dust and foreign objects to enter the cooling water system, causing the condenser to become clogged.
