Section II: Working Principle
Under the action of the forced circulation pump, the solution is continuously circulated between the crystallizer and the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger continuously introduces cold medium, causing the temperature of the solution in the crystallizer to gradually decrease. With the drop in temperature, the solubility of the solution decreases, and a large number of crystals precipitate out. Under the effect of gravity, they settle after a certain period of time. Then, the valve at the discharge outlet is opened to discharge the material.
Section 3: Equipment Composition
This equipment consists of a heat exchanger, a forced circulation pump, a cooling crystallizer, various material pumps, cooling water pumps, an operation platform, an electrical and instrument control cabinet, and pipeline valves within the system.
