This unit is primarily suitable for the evaporation and crystallization of solutions with precipitated crystals, widely used in the chemical industry, metallurgical processes in the mining sector, acid pickling waste liquids in large steel mills, and wet flue gas desulfurization waste liquid treatment in power plants.

Section II: Working Principle
The liquid is heated and its temperature rises by the steam outside the heat exchanger tube in the heater. Under the action of the circulation pump, the material rises to the evaporator separator, where it evaporates due to the decrease in static pressure. The secondary steam produced from the evaporation overflows from the liquid, concentrating the material and causing supersaturation, which leads to crystal growth. The material that has been desupersaturated enters the forced circulation pump and, under the pump's action, enters the heat exchanger. This process of continuous evaporation and crystallization occurs in a cycle, achieving separation between substances and purifying chemical substances while obtaining chemical products.
III. Equipment Composition
The multi-functional evaporative crystallizer consists of a heater, a forced circulation pump, an evaporative separator, a crystallizer, a condenser, a material pump, a condensate water pump, a vacuum pump, an operation platform, an electrical instrument control cabinet, and internal pipeline valves, etc.
The MVR Evaporator Crystallizer is composed of a steam compressor, heater, forced circulation pump, evaporator separator, crystallizer, preheater, material pump, condensate water pump, vacuum pump, operating platform, electrical instrument control cabinet, and pipeline valves within the system.
