Operating Principle of Equipment:
The machine is developed and designed based on the horizontal principle. Under the control of the filling valve, the liquid level remains constant. When the filling valve enters the bottle, it pushes the valve upwards, exposing the filling valve's water injection and vacuum extraction port. After the sealing washer is tightly sealed with the bottle mouth, the vacuum extraction begins and establishes a negative atmospheric pressure. At this point, the liquid in the upper liquid cylinder of the filling machine starts to flow into the bottle due to the pressure difference. When the liquid level surpasses the water injection port of the filling valve, the pressure difference disappears, and the vacuum extraction stops, marking the end of the filling process.
