Structural Features:
The filling section of this machine employs real-time tracking and control technology, continuously monitoring and detecting the liquid level within the electronic valve, with PLC performing real-time computation and compensation control. The electronic valve and liquid cylinder are designed as a closed liquid conduit, ensuring a smooth and gentle flow from the cylinder to the electronic valve and then to the bottle, without gas-liquid convection冲击, thus preventing bubble formation. The filling nozzle is designed with a damping flow orifice, blocking in reverse to minimize the impact force of liquid entering the bottle, thereby reducing bubble generation and preventing any leakage of liquid. Consequently, this model of filling machine offers fast filling speed, no drips, and no liquid spillover.
The rolling head of the sealing part operates on a four-wheel balanced principle, exerting even force and ensuring good sealing quality with a long service life. It features an automatic bottle neck positioning device, which avoids issues like crooked bottles, jammed bottles, and inaccurate positioning. An automatic continuous in-and-out bottle mechanism is used, with a clutch protection device at the in-and-out bottle wheel. In case of bottle jamming or capping problems, the machine automatically stops, ensuring production safety.
The machine features a compact structure, intelligent control, and user-friendly operation, allowing for a seamless process of filling, sealing, sorting, supplying, fastening, and sealing.
Operating Principle:
Clean bottles ready for filling are transported to the filling machine's turntable by the conveying device, rotating with the turntable. As it reaches the photoelectric sensor position, the sensor sends a signal to the PLC. The PLC then issues a command, causing the corresponding electronic valve to open for filling. Once the set capacity is reached, the liquid level sensor of the electronic valve sends a signal back to the PLC, which then issues a command to close the valve. Subsequently, the inflow valve of the electronic valve opens, allowing the liquid from the cylinder to enter the valve. After the liquid reaches the set level, the liquid level sensor again sends a signal to the PLC, prompting it to close the inflow valve, thus completing the filling process.
The bottle is conveyed by the conveying line into the guiding area, then driven by a rotating screw into the bottle indexing disc. Meanwhile, the bottle cap is pressed onto the bottle body by a cap closing head, and is further driven by the bottle indexing disc to enter the sealing turntable. The drive force from the sealing turntable rotates the central axis of the sealing unit, which in turn drives the rotating body. The cap closing head mounted in the rotating body rotates along with it. Simultaneously, the gears inside the cap closing head rotate around the fixed rotating gear, enabling the cap closing head to complete a self-rotation. During the rotation, under the action of space cams, the cap closing head also moves up and down along its own axis. The combination of these three motions completes the automatic sealing process.
Parameter Adjustment Operation Guide:
All adjustments for the model's parameters can be made on the touch screen.
1. To adjust bottle height and switch to bottles of different heights, simply press the bottle height adjustment button on the touchscreen, enter the adjustment amount, and confirm. The machine will automatically adjust to the correct position. The adjustment mechanism is simple and reliable.
2. Capacity Adjustment - Whether it's overall capacity adjustment or single valve capacity adjustment, simply press the capacity adjustment button on the touch screen, input the capacity value, and complete with one tap.
3. Speed Adjustment: Filling and sealing are mechanically synchronized. Adjustments can be made by pressing buttons on the touch screen for convenience and speed.
